You have 14 calendar days to request a return from the date you received your order.
To be eligible for a return:

Your item must be unused, unworn, and in the original packaging

The quickest way to exchange a product is to return the item first.
Once approved, you can place a new order for the correct item.

The product must be unused and returned in its original condition and packaging.
